After working with and training hundreds of different female-founded businesses throughout our careers, we kept hearing the same thing:

What wasn't covered, though, is how.
We see brilliant founders pouring their skills, creativity and ambition into their businesses while also carrying an invisible mental load that rarely gets acknowledged.
